Can I pay when the order is ready?
Since each order is custom, payment is due in full before we can start any project.

Can I send in fabric swatches or border samples?
Yes, this will assist us in creating your work of art.

Can I have my order rushed without paying the rush order fee?
Unfortunately, we cannot rush order unless a fee is paid. It is unfair to our other customers. Please do not ask. We hate saying no. ;-)

How long does it take to complete orders?
It usually takes up to 8 weeks to complete orders. Up to 12 weeks for larger items and/or CUSTOM orders.

Are you able to make custom pieces?
 Yes, most times we are able to do so. Just let us know what you have in mind. Please note turnaround on these items can be up to 14 weeks.
